Automatic gate systems should give you many years of reliable operation.
The main problems that arise with an unreliable system are poor quality of installation or wrong type of equipment for its working environment; this includes cable types, junction boxes, IP ratings and drainage for undergate systems.
As a gate system is effectively a machine that is fitted externally, it should be serviced from time to time in much the same way as your car is.
Occasionally a system failure will occur but this would be covered under the warranty if within that period.
Because safety is a great concern we tend to keep working pressures as low as reasonably possible, these occasionally need to be increased.
A maintenance contract will be offered on our systems to keep them at their optimum working level, our services are not simply a spray of WD40.
